Typing Food/ eating habits

I like to eat. Eating is important for health. I don't have the so many likes and dislikes. My favorite food is rice. It is because it can not the side dish delicious when there is rice. And Rice collects in the stomach. My habits is to step on the scale every morning because I want to become thin me. So I step on the evert morning. I become thin for five kilogram.
